You don’t have to apologise if the answer is no! Be upfront & honest when you say it. Do it for self-care. Many can’t say no because they don’t want to appear rude or ill-mannered; & they’re concerned about the opinion of others. This is harmful behaviour. You’ve got to stop it!
Take life in your stride. Focus on your tasks and don’t get distracted. Leave the rest to the Almighty. Cut out the noise outside and don’t worry about trivial and petty issues. Remember, fitting in, people’s opinions of you etc don’t matter eventually. Life’s too short!
Not everyone will like you. Not everyone will support you. Not everyone will give you the honour you deserve. Don’t let it bother you. That’s life basically. You need to realise that the Almighty is in full control. You don’t need anyone to fulfil your destiny. Only He matters!

लेबनान के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बुधवार की सुबह बताया कि राजधानी बैरूत में होने वाले भीषण धमाके में अब तक 73 लोग हताहत और 3700 से अधिक घायल हो चुके हैं।हमारे संवाददाता ने इस भीषण धमाके में घायल होने वालों की संख्या 3700 बताई है। मंगलवार की शाम यह भीषण धमाका, बैरूत की एक बंदरगाह की एक गोदाम में हुआ।लेबनान के कस्टम अधिकारी ने बताया कि धमाका नाइट्रोजन गैस की वजह से हुआ जो भंडार में मौजूद थी।बैरूत के गवर्नर ने धमाके को एक राष्ट्रीय त्रासदी क़रार दिया और इस धमाके को हिरोशिमा धमाके की भांति क़रार दिया है।धमाके के बाद घायलों और हताहतों को तुरंत निकटवर्ती अस्पतालों में भर्ती करा दिया गया।घायलों में कुछ की हालत चिंताजनक है जिससे हताहतों की संख्या में वृद्धि की आशंका है।
